I've tried the advanced settings as described, as well as the '' config editor fix - none work. In my case (TB 68.3x, Mac OS) it's the list of email subject headers that show in what looks like a 6pt font, with the various accounts on the left side of the window 10pt. Dont forget, MS creates multiple ways to adjust settings, so the underlying real reason why it changed could be from an inadvertent change made on purpose for a specific email or something.
